August 10, 2005 - Interagency Intermediate Small Bank Examination Procedures - On July 19, 2005, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation revised their Community Reinvestment Act regulations. Among the revisions to the regulation is a new test, the community development test for intermediate small banks.
