Federal Mortgage Loan Originators - On July 28, 2010, the
Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council member
agencies1 and the Farm Credit Administration jointly published
rules implementing the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage
Licensing Act .2 Accordingly, implementing amendments to the
Board’s Regulation H are effective on October 1, 2010. S.A.F.E.
