Corporation as receiver. To protect the depositors, the FDIC
entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with

Sheila C. Bair today officially stepped down as FDIC Chairman.
Ms. Bair has served as Chairman since June 26, 2006. Vice
Chairman Martin J. Gruenberg will assume the role of Acting
Chairman effective as of the close of business today. Gruenberg
has served as Vice Chairman of the FDIC Board of Directors since
August 22, 2005. He has previously served as Acting Chairman

Patrice Robitaille -The international reform initiative that
followed the global financial crisis of 2008-09 has resulted in
the introduction of liquidity requirements for banks. Under one
requirement, the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), banks will need
